If your hardwood floors are looking dull or showing light surface wear but the wood itself is still in good shape, sanding and recoating may be all they need. It's a faster, more affordable alternative to full refinishing — and when it's the right call, it delivers excellent results.

The process involves lightly abrading the existing finish to create adhesion, then applying a fresh topcoat. No stain change, no deep sanding — just a renewed surface that protects your floors and restores their sheen.

Rob will assess your floors in person to determine whether recoating is appropriate or whether a full refinish is the better investment. You'll always get an honest answer.
